Graphic Maker uses third party suppliers to bring you the best quality products at affordable prices. Using Print-on-Demand processes means we do not hold stock or risk unwanted stock - all of which are bad for the environment and ultimately add to the cost of your goods. Essentially this means your order is created just for you - we hope you love it and keep it safe.
Most companies that produce goods in this way do not offer Returns. However we are nice people and understand that sometimes life, plans and shopping do not always turn out the way we hope.
The good news then is that we offer a 14-day return policy. To ensure your experience is more towards completely satisfied please check the Size Guides, Details and the Fit of the item carefully before ordering.

There are 14 days after receiving your item to request a Return. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your order. Do not return the product without first making a request - this is because we have processes in place that need to be initiated to ensure your Return is successful and hassle free.
To start a Return please contact us at email@example.com If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once the item is Returned it must be authorised as illegible for Exchange or Refund. This means your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in the original packaging and with no signs of damage or defect. Receipt or proof of purchase also needs to be provided.

Damage and defect
On receipt of your order please check that the item/s are in good supply. In the event that there is an issue please contact us immediately with notification of such. Pictures supporting the claim are advised for a quick resolution.
Exceptions / sale and discount items
Graphic Maker does not accept returns on sale items or discounted products. Exchanges If you wish to exchange your item/s please proceed with the Return Policy of contacting us first. Graphic Maker will then initiate the Returns process and discuss the supply of the item you wish to exchange for.
On receipt of the item/s we will inspect that all is in order with the claim. The authorised Refund will then be returned to the Account from which the Payment was made. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
